Step 1: Please change your role as ‘Inventory’

Step 2: In Inventory under common task select ‘IP Billing’ option

Step 3: In IP billing screen select for the concerned patient using the patient details such as ‘Name’, ‘Number’ and ‘Registration Date’

Step 4: In the ‘Drop-Down’ box select ‘Make Bill Entry’ option and the concerned patient, then click on the ‘Go’ button to proceed with IP Billing

Step 5: Follow the same process for ‘OP Billing’ but instead of selecting the ‘IP Billing’ under common task, please select ‘OP Billing’
