Step 1: Click on ‘Admin role’ → ‘Master data’ → ‘Manage rates’ → ‘Select an option’

Step 2: From the drop down menu click on Investigation Fee to define rates

Step 3: Select Rate name click on go

Step 4: All investigations are displayed. Against each investigation, fields are displayed for specifying rates

Step 5: Specify rates in the appropriate fields. Select the check box against the item to include it while saving the data

Step 6: Click ‘Save’
