Step 1: After converting OP into IP, click on ‘Patient Management’ under ‘In Patient Tasks’

Step 2: Search the patient through ‘Patient No./ Patient Name’

Step 3: Select the patient and click in the dropdown on ‘Edit Patient Admission Details’ and click on ‘Go’

Step 4: Click on ‘Medically Insured/ Corporate Insurance’ (+) sign

Step 5: Click on ‘Edit’ on the right hand side of the page in Action Column

Step 6: Enter the details of the client including: Client name, Eligible Client Name, Pre–Auth Type, Pre-Auth Amount, Pre-Auth Approval Number and Click on ‘Update’

Step 7: Again click on ‘Update’ available on the bottom of the page
